Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 24.10.2024 in C.O.C.No.31/2024 against the petitioner's husband Appanu @ Maheshwaran, age 44 years, S/o.Panneerselvam who is confined in Central prison, Thiruchirapalli and set-aside the detention order and direct the respondents to produce him before this Honble Court and set him at liberty.

Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
