a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent herein relating to the E Auction sale Notice dated 15.10.2024 issued under the SARFAESI Act in respect of the schedule mentioned property and to forbear the respondent herein from conducting the eauctions sale on 21.11.2024 or on any other subsequent date in respect of the schedule mentioned property by accepting the loan amount directly from the petitioner herein in respect of the loan accounts viz HE01TRM00000030575 and HE01TRM00000013010.
