This petition has been filed by the petitioners / appellants, to adduce additional evidence by marking a document, i.e., FIR in Crime No.1501 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020 on the file of the Mailam Police Station, Villupuram as defence exhibits pending above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, this petition is allowed and the document (FIR in Crime No.1501 of 2020, dated 31.08.2020) is marked as Ex.A1 and the same shall be subject to their proof and relevancy.
