ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.08.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 309(4), 311 of BNS Act, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner way laid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.650/- from the defacto complainant with knife point. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration from 14.08.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner way laid the defacto complainant

and robbed a sum of Rs.650/-, with knife point. He also submitted that the investigation not yet completed. He opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking note to the gravity of offence, and submissions made by both counsels, the investigation is at initial stage, and there is no change in circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
