ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.08.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 126(2), 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS Act, on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioner way laid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.800 at knife point. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration from 16.08.2025. He also submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that thepetitioner way laid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.800 at knife point. The investigation is also at

preliminary stage. He further submitted that the petitioner is having 11 previous case pending against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking note to the gravity of offence, the investigation is at initial stage, and on considering the bad antecedents, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
