Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has made a representation to the third respondent on 18.07.2023, seeking to sub divide the land measuring an extent of 15 cents from and out of 30 cents comprised in Punja S.No.50/7A, Karunakara Cherry Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District and grant Patta in her favour. Since there was no response from the third respondent till date, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the prevailing practice regarding submission of application seeking issuance of Patta as on date is only through online by paying requisite fees vide e-challan. In the present case on hand, the petitioner has not made the application through online. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that if the petitioner submits an Pg.Nos.2/5
application through online by paying requisite fees, the same will be considered by the respondents.

Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit an application through online by paying requisite fees through e-challan, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as rival claimants/interested parties, if any,within the stipulated time as stated in Circular No.R1/2005632/2022, dated 17.07.2023 issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration from the date of receipt of the online application.
