C.M.P.Nos.27261, 27264 & 27268 of 2019 in CRP (NPD).No.2446 of 2010 P.VELMURUGAN.,J These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 373 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1th respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1th respondent and to bring on record respondent Nos.2 to 4 as legal heirs of deceased 1th respondent and rank them as respondents Nos.2 to 4 in CRP No.2446 of 2010.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Thamizhavel, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.P.Paul Selvan, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4.

These petitions are not opposed by the contesting respondents in the Civil Revision Petition, the proposed parties, namely respondent nos.2 to 4 who are sought to be impleaded as respondent nos.2 to 4 in the CRP.

4. This Court has satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these Miscellaneous Petitions stand allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Civil Revision Petition for final hearing on 06.08.2020.
