This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.3 on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2896/2023 in O.P.No.24158/2022 dated 28.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
