This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for the trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Salem daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26952 of 2024 order dated 28.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 20 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26952 of 2024 on 28.10.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for the trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Salem on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
