ORDER

Despite order of this Court directing the respondent to register the sale deed, the respondent failed to register the same thereby, disobeyed the order passed by this Court. Therefore, it is a clear case of contempt and the respondent is liable to be punished.

2. In such being the case, the 1st respondent is directed to file a counter explaining as to why Mr.Saravanan, Sub-Registrar of T.Nagar shall not be punished for contempt.

3. Post the matter on 29.04.2026.
