The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.11742 of 2024 dated 26.04.2024.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent by producing the compliance report filed by the respondent / Sub Registrar Vadamadurai would submit that the order of this Court dated 26.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.11742 of 2024, had been complied with.
