This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26931 of 2024 on 28.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Tiruppur/Special Court under the Prevention of Corruption Act on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26931 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
