ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.348 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

2. Mr.Mathiyarasan, the Inspector of Police was present at the time of hearing.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation has been completed and a Referred Charge Sheet is going to be filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ponneri.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police should be directed to release the vehicle that was seized in the course of investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the subsequent development wherein a closure report is going to be filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ponneri, the eventual consequence will be the release of vehicle in favour of the petitioner.

6. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
