ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 132, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and 25(1) (a) of Arms Act 1959, in Cr.No.191 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for the hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, earlier, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.27505 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024, however, the petitioner has not executed the sureties due to Jaundice and also not complied the conditions imposed by this Court. Subsequently, without seeking extension of time to comply with the earlier anticipatory bail order, the petitioner filed second anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.22373 of 2025, which was dismissed by this Court on 12.08.2025 on the ground of non-compliance of the conditions. Now the petitioner is before this Court by way of this third anticipatory bail suppressing the aforesaid facts. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner

suffered from illness at the time of granting anticipatory bail and thereby he could not able to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.27505 of 2024. Now the petitioner has come forward to execute the sureties and comply the conditions ordered by this Court and prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to extend the time granted in the earlier anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.27505 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024, for a further period of two weeks, on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Tamil Nadu District Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions remain unaltered.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
