He has also made necessary endorsement to that effect. 2.Taking on record the letter dated 23.10.2019 addressed to the Registrar(Judicial), High Court of Madras and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
