A.No.6441 of 2023 in C.S No.707 of 2014 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/defendants.

2. The learned counsel for the defendants has brought to the notice of this Court that in the cause title in C.S No.707 of 2014, the initial of the first has been wrongly mentioned as N.R.D.Dhanapalan instead of N.R Dhanapalan and in view of the improper initial, while furnishing the Bank Guarantee, the Registry had refused to accept the Bank Guarantee. Hence, he prays to direct the Registry to accept the Bank Guarantee in the name of the first defendant namely N.R.Dhanapalan.

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents/defendants, Registry is directed to accept the Bank Guarantee in the name of the first defendant, namely N.R.Dhanapalan in C.S No.707 of 2014.
