Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 3 to implement the notice bearing Na.Ka.No.A1/178/2022 dated 26.09.2022 issued by respondent No.3 to respondent No.4 and remove the encroachment mentioned in the said notice.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.
2. Learned Government Advocate submits that inspection was carried out on 20.07.2023, followed by subsequent inspection by the Sub-Collector on 26.11.2023. Now, further action for removal of encroachment, in accordance with law, would be initiated within a period of four weeks.
