ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Jegannath states that survey has been conducted in January, 2025. Two encroachers have been identified and eviction notices have been issued on 13.03.2025. When the eviction drive was started, son of one of the encroachers viz., respondent No.6, allegedly consumed pesticide, threatening to commit suicide.

2. Mr.Jegannath states that son of respondent No.6 is now out of danger, after he was hospitalised and before the end of this month, all encroachers will be removed.

3. Statement accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. In view there of, Mr.Samivel states that petition could be disposed of.

4. Petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. (K.R.SHRIRAM, CJ.)
