This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner in the guise of an enquiry in the civil matter.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that so far, the respondents have not received any complaint against the petitioner and hence, the question of harassment does not arise. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
