W.M.P.No.33823 of 2023 and W.P.No. 34465 of 2012 and 10119 of 2016 DR.D.NAGARJUN.J This petition is filed for setting aside the impugned proceeding in Na.Ka.No.9302/2010 Sa.Pa dated 31.01.2011 passed by the first respondent. Now the petitioner proposed to amend the prayer portion, seeking for quashment of original proceedings dated 24.07.2010 passed by the second respondent on the ground that inadvertently prayer could not be properly framed.

2. Learned Counsel representing the second respondent filed objection stating that after more than 10 years, now the petitioner is seeking to amend the prayer.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent is present. In order to consider this writ petition in respect of the issue pending between the parties, proposed amendment is necessary. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and respondents are at liberty to file counter affidavit in case if they wish, subsequent to amendment of prayer portion. Registry is directed to amend the prayer and list the matter on 02.02.2024.
