ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the detenue has been allegedly murdered by some person. He would submit that a criminal case has been registered, investigation is in progress and the dead body is yet to be secured. 2.Therefore, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the Habeas Corpus Petition. The Police authorities may proceed with the investigation in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
