ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(c), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22540 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025, that the petitioner shall at Krishnagiri and report before the Krishnagiri Town Police daily at 10.30

a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 8(d), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22540 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. 4.
