This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26174 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur till the case of the committal to the court of sessions and thereafter, during the court hearing dates.
