COMMON ORDER Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted that both the petitions were referred to mediation, wherein both parties have settled the issue amicably and in terms of compromise, matter was settled between the parties. In view of the same, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- for both cases. At the time of filing appeal, the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.50,000/- and Rs.20,000/- respectively in both Revision Petitions. The respondents are entitled to withdraw the same as per terms of compromise. Accordingly, they are permitted to withdraw the amount, which was deposited before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem. The compromise affidavit filed by the petitioner and the respondents is recorded. In terms of compromise, these Criminal Revision Cases is disposed of. The compromise affidavits shall be forming part and parcel of this order.
