Today, when the matters are listed for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main execution petition in E.P.No.65/1999 itself has been executed on 12.12.2023 and hence, the prayer sought for in the civil revision petitions has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in the civil revision petitions. He

has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has also admitted the above facts.
