This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to extend the timelimit for filing the application before the concerned Street Vending Committee as directed in the above writ petition.

2. This Court, in the above writ petition, by Order dated 15.07.2019, directed the petitioner to file an application before the Street Vending Committee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that Order. However, the petitioner has not filed such an application before the Street Vending Committee and now, seeks extension of time to file the said application.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Street Vending Committee itself is quashed and new Street Vending Committee is yet to be constituted as per the Orders of the Government. Hence, seeks appropriate Orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional

Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Such view of the matter, when the new Street Vending Committee is constituted by the Government, the petitioner is directed to file such an application within a period of two weeks from the date of constituting the above said Committee and the same shall be considered in accordance with law within two months.

6. With the above directions, this miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.12.2022 dhk
