This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Cr.No.526 of 2019 on the ground that there is short of material evidence against this petitioner to proceed against this petitioner in Cr.No.526 of 2019 for the alleged offence under Section 406, 419, 420 and 511 of IPC which is pending without any progress for more than five years.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on perusal of the C.D.file submits that the police has completed the investigation and has filed final report against the petitioner. Since there is material available to frame charge against him for the offences under Sections 406, 419, 420 and 511 of IPC r/w 34 of IPC. The final report has been filed through e-filing No.C202400125 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
