This miscellaneous petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer in the affidavit and in the writ petition by substituting the survey number as S.No.98/412 in lieu of S.No.96/4-12. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the impugned order has also the Survey number was mentioned as S.No.98/4-12, whereas, in the writ petition, and in the affidavit, the survey number was mentioned as S.No.96/4-12. It was due to typographical error.

3.On a perusal of the records, it seems that in the impugned order itself, the survey number is mentioned as S.No.98/4-12, therefore, amending the survey number in the writ petition and in the affidavit, would not cause any prejudice to the respondents.

Hence, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
