This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16888 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., and on all future hearing dates without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16888 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025, is relaxed.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
