This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 84 days in setting aside abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, namely Allimuthu.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection to allow this petition.

3. Considering the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 84 days in setting aside abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, namely Allimuthu is condoned.
