Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to transport 1000 Metric Tons of Manganese and Soap stone which is already mined and stored prior to stoppage of work on 09.01.2017 on payment of necessary royalty and other charges in respect of petitioner mines at S.No.356 measuring to an extent of 6.29.0 Hectors in Keeripatti Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District (valid lease upto 2030 as evidenced by the Stock Register in the mines in respect of mines for which lease has been granted.
