2. Since the issue emanates and has a bearing on the dispute which is the subject matter of O.P.No.594 of 2009, where the proposed respondent is the sole respondent, the application for impleading the proposed respondent in the writ proceedings 8is ordered.

3 The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.

4. Post the matter on 23.01.2020.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve notice on the ASG's Office with reference to the SEBI counsel.
