The petitioner/whose rank is not given in the First Information Report, but, is an accused in FIR in Crime No.973 of 2023, registered Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 336, 506(ii) IPC and r/w Section 3 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.It is stated that there are totally 12 accused and 10 accused had been arrested and are in judicial custody. It is stated that the accused had abused the de facto complainant and had thrown a petrol bomb in front of the house of the de facto complainant. It is stated that there was a motive owing to a previous murder which had been committed and the accused persons were of the impression that the de facto complainant was the mastermind behind that particular murder. Taking these facts into consideration and the nature of the offence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
