ORDER

Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.No.2075 of 2023, this Court, by an order dated 30.07.2024, directed the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the main appeal in C.A.No.108 of 2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore has sent a communication dated 18.07.2025 in D.No.1070/2025, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.A.No.108 of 2021 and sought for further period to dispose of the said appeal.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant further period of two months time to the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the appeal in C.A.No.108 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 01.08.2025 Internet:Yes Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non speaking order mn
