This application is filed by the applicants / defendants seeking to condone the delay of 541 days in filing the written statement in the above suit.

2.Since the delay mainly appears due to the fact that the application filed to reject the plaint on the ground of no cause of action and barred by law has been withdrawn on 03.11.2023.

3.Considering the above, in order to agitate the matter on merits, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned and the written statement filed along with this application is taken on file.

4.Post the Suit for framing issues on 05.01.2024.
