Considering the submissions made by the both sides and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to the modification in the charges made out in the anticipatory bail order in Crl.O.P.No.26510 of 2024, dated 24.10.2024 in Crime No.837 of 2024, amendment petition in Crl.M.P.No.16240 of 2024 was filed before this Court and the same is ordered today. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
