This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Trial Court, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court III, Salem to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his petition to recall the NBW same day passed against the petitioner on 05.12.2019 in connection with S.C.No.12 of 2012 on the file of Additional District Sessions (Fast Track Court III) Salem to secure the ends of justice.

2. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court (Additional District Sessions (Fast Track Court III) Salem and file a petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. directed to dispose of the said petition (either to allow or dismiss) on the same day, without any adjournment.
