When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous since the suit in O.S.No.495/1998 on the

file of the II Additional District Munsif, Puducherry has been dismissed on 15.12.2023 and she also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
