ORDER

This revision seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.103 of 2015 pending on the file of Additional District Court, Chengalpattu District.

2. I called for a report from the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu on 09.12.2024.

3. The learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu has sent a report stating that plaintiff in O.S.No.171 of 2016 has also filed another suit in O.S.No.213/2017 (O.S.No.233/2014 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur) as against the plaintiff in O.S.No.103/2015, who is the defendant in O.S.No.213/2017 for the relief of permanent injunction. He further stated that all the above suits in O.S.Nos.103/2015, 171/2016, 213/2017 have been tried jointly and all the suits are pending for trial and now stands posted to 13.01.2025 and therefore, has sought for six months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.103 of 2015. 2/4

4. Taking into consideration the report submitted by the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu, I am inclined to grant six months from the date of report to dispose of O.S.No.103 of 2015.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
