O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 17.07.2023 made in W.P.No.9524 of 2016. 2.The petitioner filed writ petition challenging the notice issued by the respondent based on the complaint given by the second respondent in the writ petition who is the employee of the petitioner School and this Court disposed of the writ petition by directing the respondent to consider the reply dated 13.08.2015 submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders and since the said order was not complied with, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that since the petitioner did not cooperate with the respondent during the conciliation proceedings, the respondent submitted failure report dated 03.03.2024. Hence, the order dated 17.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9524 of 2016 was complied with.

4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected sub application is also closed.
