2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police and perused the materials available on record.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Mannarkudi in E-filing No.LTN20220002196C202400399 of 2024 on 22.11.2024.

4. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
