ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 23.08.2023 in WP.No.24687 of 2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the pension papers have been sent to the Local Fund Audit on 08.02.2024 itself. Such statement is recorded.

3. In view of their submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no violation of the Order of this Court on the part of the official respondents.
