The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 & 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.225 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.15575 of 2025 on 14.07.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
