1393 OF 2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.RC.NO.1393 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A. SUNDARA VADHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Due to an accident, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2019. To show his bonafide, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a demand draft for a sum of Rs.50,000/- and sought time for payment of the remaining amount. 2.In view of the above, a week's time is granted to the petitioner to pay the balance amount and report compliance on 04.03.2020, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically.
