ORDER

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu viz., Chinna Muniyappa S/o.Thottappa, aged about 55 years, has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu was secured by third respondent/Bangalore Electronic City Police and was remanded to custody.

In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication.
