O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6482 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27268 of 2023 dated 16.04.2024 in Cr.No.602 of 2023, on the condition that the petitioners herein shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on the first and third Saturday of every month, until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.27268 of 2023 dated 24.01.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
