O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 318(4) of BNS, in Crime No.not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, no case has been registered against the petitioners and only a CSR complaint is pending. He further submitted that if the petitioners participates in the enquiry, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

3.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons and to cooperate with the enquiry. No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners unless and until any cognizable offence is made out.
