ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.17361 of 2023 dated 3.8.2023, was not complied with.

2.Mr.MVasanth Kumar-2nd respondent, Inspector of Police, Perumanallur Police station was present before this Court at the time of hearing.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the complainant was enquired and it was closed on 10.1.2024 on the ground that the rival claimant had filed criminal revision before this Court in CRP.No.4635 of 2023 and the same is pending.

4.In the light of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the pending civil revision petition. Subject to the result in the civil revision petition, it will be left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy seeking for protection.

5.This contempt petition is disposed of in the above terms. 12.01.2024 Internet : Yes/No KP
