This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24888 of 2024 by order dated 14.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 35 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24888 of 2024 on 14.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
