The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR.No.192/2025 dated 17.05.2025 registered for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 74, 118(1), 351(3) of the BNS on the file of the first respondent-Police and to quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police and perused the materials available on record.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case in e.filing No.LTN20230001879 C202500592 on 05.10.2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thirupathur and the same is yet to be taken on file.
